Off to Dayton

Okay everybody, I am off to Dayton (OH) this evening to spend a nice weekend with my cousin Harini, her husband and her two adorable kids, Sahiti and Ritwik :-) I absolutely love them – nothing beats being addressed ‘Ravi mama’ by those cute bundles aged 5 and 3 :-)

This week has been rather productive for me – I managed to get a lot of action done. Playing with gcj and getting C++ code to interact with Java objects is turning out to be quite challenging – I am already seeing segfaults all over the place ;-)

Sush, an old friend of Booze’s and friend of Ravi Rao (and others) has been helpful in setting up an LJ feed for my blog. You can find it here . I think I should get myself an LJ account so that I can interact much more with the lively community out there :-)

Anyway, so here’s a goodbye for the next three days. I might write my blog on this trip or I might not. As part of my efforts to curb my workaholism, I am going to try and stay away from using the computer on this trip. And certainly, no checking email !

    You have absolutly no right to complain about your spring break weather!!! 25F sounds like almost heaven right now!! For the last 2 weeks (maybe its been 3 weeks) we have had below 0F temps… today for the first time in forever it went over 0F and it sure felt like spring and we are yet to have spring break… Hopefully by then (nother 10 days to go) it will be in the 20s and we can leave our coats at home!!!
