I am not quite sure if I have publicized this enough but in case you are one of those wondering, “5 days to go for what ?” let me be the one to tell you that on Friday the 27th of December, I leave for vacation to India ! Hoooray! I first land in Chennai [or Madras, if you prefer 
] on the 29th at 10 something in the morning. After staying there for about 12 days, I should be off to Hyderabad for another 10 days, from where I most probably will go to Bombay before flying back to St. Louis to return on the 24th. I am mighty excited about this trip of course – it has been a whole year since I left India for the US and I have to go back and catch up with a lot of people
Okay since it has been some time since my last post, perhaps it is in order that I give everybody a rundown of what transpired in the last week. For one, I finally got done with my semester – I wrote the final exam of my Computer Arch course on the 16th and also turned in the final project report in the Data Security course. Happily enough, I got an A- in that so all the effort did pay off.
Vidye left for India on the 16th so I became the natural custodian of her car. Now those of you who do know me well enough know how happy giving me a car makes me so … you know how much fun I have been having
On Friday I went to see ‘The Lord Of the Rings – Two Towers’ which is the latest instalment in the three-movie series being made from J R R Tolkien’s epic. I enjoyed it thoroughly and IMHO, this movie is just as good as the first if not better. Wonder if the women like it so much, though.
So that’s that for now. Gotta get down to some work before I vanish !
