One thing I need to figure out in MovableType is to be able to set the date of a blog entry – for instance, I want to talk about yesterday right now but this is going to show up as Sept 28 [Saturday morning] – hmm.
Anyhow, did you know that my Thinkpad is called Raj ? Which is short, btw, for Rajeswari – one of my dearest friends, now studying at Columbia in NY. Yes, that means that my Thinkpad is female which means that I am a lot more loving to it then I would otherwise be were its name male
So what happened in my world yesterday ? For one, I made an astounding amount of progress in my research – FACET is coming along nicely in its new form which involves abstracting the CORBA away as a feature. I have to admit, even if I say so myself, it is rather slick with amazing neatness in the code

I have been practising my driving quite consistently with Vidye for a few days now and it looks like I am quite ready to take the test. The evening again was another long practise session and everything seems to be in good order – the parallel parking, the ovecautious driving etc. And I just love driving – having driven my Zen and 800 back in India for about 6 years now
Anyway, we went grocery shopping in Schnucks as usual and later, went out for dinner to Central West End. Oh and we bumped into RC, Rajneesh and this chap Raghu as we walked past the Grind. A nice evening
